To provide a service to my community, and have a good time while doing so. My goal is to provide a personalized, caring experience that puts your needs first. I take pride in delivering safe, efficient, and clean removal services with attention to detail and respect for your property. From the first call to the final cleanup, I want every customer to feel confident in choosing my business and comfortable reaching out again in the future.We are participate with multiple local organizations where we seek to donate as many items as possible; not only to bless others, but to also refrain from filling our landfills. The question everyone wants to know. How do we price?We offer a time-tested hourly rate for our jobs which we believe is the most fair approach for both of us. We have an initial arrival fee of $195 to offset the immediate expenses and operate accordingly while on site.Labor: $100/hr
Relocation: $125/hr
Junk Removal: $150/hr
Demolition: $175/hr*Every job is unique and FSC works fast! So don't hesitate to call and see what the final cost could look like before filling in any blanks.

We used Fresh Start Cleanouts during a really difficult time and to say they made it easier would be a gross understatement. We were closing in on our last 30 days before my grandparents’ apartment needed to be empty. I remembered seeing a post that FSC could do donation drop offs as well as junk. This dual ability made them the perfect people for the job. My grandparents had some nice furniture that given the loss and circumstances we really didn’t want someone coming in and trashing it all. FSC came in and talked with us about what was donation and what was trash. They were not only efficient and quick they were kind and beyond helpful.
